1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ControlMax platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ControlMax offers a management software platform for companies in the construction and services sector, including but not limited to:

  • Human resources management and time tracking
  • GPS tracking and fleet management
  • Procurement and inventory management
  • Document and contract management
  • Reporting and business intelligence

3. User Accounts

To use ControlMax services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about your company and users.

4. Fees and Payments

Use of the ControlMax platform is subject to subscription fees established in the selected plan. All fees are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified.

Payments are processed monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

The ControlMax platform, including but not limited to software, design, content, trademarks and logos, are the exclusive property of ControlMax and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Data you enter into the platform remains your property. ControlMax does not claim any rights to this data.

6. Limitation of Liability

ControlMax provides the platform "as is" and does not offer express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of services.

In no event shall ControlMax be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the services.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by notifying the ControlMax team. Upon termination, you will have access to your data for a period of 30 days for export.

ControlMax reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms and conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

ControlMax reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of services after these changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
